A common specification
Provide the latest drawings, room references and finish schedule. Identify who approves colours, samples and changes. Where several documents describe the same surface, resolve differences before the quotation is agreed.
Coordinate the sequence
Explain the programme for joinery, plaster, flooring and electrical work alongside decoration. Confirm who protects completed work and how later damage or changes will be addressed. Building access and shared routes should have a clear point of contact.
